1. How long does it take to get my notecards?
Orders typically ship within one week of your order. For rush orders, please email us in advance.
2. Is my credit card information secure?
To ensure the security of your credit card information, we employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts your credit card information, so that it cannot be read as it is sent through the Internet and is only used by us to fulfill your order.

6. Can I get a different font or change the case?
The font and case pictured are part of the notecard design, so regardless of how you key in your name, it will appear in the font and case pictured. Please contact us if you would like any variations; a set up charge will apply.
7. Can I return or exchange my notecards if I don't like them?
No, sorry. All of our notecards are custom printed and we do not accept returns.
8. What if there is an error on my order?
We will reprint an order at no charge when it is our mistake. If you enter the incorrect information during the order process (such as the wrong address or misspell a name or word), we will have your order reprinted with a 10% discount from your original order amount, and we will process it as quickly as possible. All claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt of order. Date of receipt will be determined using order tracking information from UPS.
9. What if the colors printed on my notecards don't match the colors on my computer screen?
We work hard to ensure that the colors look as accurate as possible on the screen. However, due to the variances in the quality of computer monitors, colors that appear on our site may vary from the actual colors on the printed cards. We are not responsible for these variances.
When you select the proof option, we will email you a JPEG image of your notecards, as they will appear when printed. Once you receive the proof, you need to reply to our email as soon as possible because the order will not be processed until we hear from you. If changes are needed on the proof, there is no additional fee to make the changes. However, if you request an additional proof, fees may apply. Please note that once you approve of a proof, any inconsistencies with the printed product are your responsibility.

We guarantee that your personal information will never be given out or sold to any entity. Write Now Notes does not share or sell for any reason any collected information about our customers.
12. Will my credit card information be secure?
We take every precaution to ensure your transaction is safe, including encrypting your information and sending it over the Internet using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
